1. We are not an authorized Financial Service Provider, we are Copy Traders and offer slots in our Copy Program to interested parties.
   Copy-trading definition: Copy Trading enables individuals in the financial markets to automatically copy positions opened and managed by other selected individuals. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copy_trading)

2. This is not an investment service where your money grows, we target a certain amount and according to our analysis take the trades to take us to that amount.

3. The admin fee which is required to be paid to engage in our services and be connected to our Master account is R2500 per person regardless of the number of accounts.

4. We have a Profit-Split agreement of 50% of what is made to be sent off within 5 days of the withdrawal being made. (Overall account target is R60 000 of which 50% must be sent to the specified account)(If this is not done, legal action may be sought against the individual as well as being banned from our service henceforth)

5. There is no guarantee on the returns as the Markets can be volatile, we are not liable for any losses incurred on the account. (Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose)

6. Infinitum Trading Group, FIG (Forex Intelligence Group) its members, and staff are not liable for any losses that could happen whilst trading.

7. This Agreement will come into effect when we accept your signed and dated application and open your Account on our end.

8. You agree to send us a copy of your national ID with a signed application form as confirmation of your acceptance of the above terms.

9. We target the required amount within 30 days, we could take 2 hours or 25 days to hit the target.

10. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, discontinue or terminate any promotion at any time, and without prior notice.

11. You acknowledge that there is a risk of losing money when Copy-trading through our service and you are fully responsible for any such loss.

12. We reserve the right to make changes to the Disclaimer Notice at any time. The Disclaimer Notice may be changed for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, customer service reasons, complying with applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory guidance.

13. You agree that you will not take any trades on the account provided to us until the target has been reached and you have been notified trading is complete.

14. You agree if any of the above is breached we reserve the right to terminate the account Copy-Trading slot and no admin fees will be refunded.

15. You agree if the target is not met for whatever reason, admin fees will not be refundable.

16. Promotions, discounts, and any other such offers are solely down to the discretion of the staff of Infinitum Trading Group.
